ideas and thought

went out @ night and had dinner with one of my cousin, we sat down and talk for a hr, discuss about making a unique website to make $$.

After the dinner, we went to arcade and played a few guitar games.

went over to a friend place, deliever back his computer to him and help him move some stuff in his house. a small gathering, same as usual

we tried to play Omaha Hold'em, it was quite fun hehe

as topic* you would notice something why i had been uploading some songs into the blog. whenever i upload song lyric onto the blog, they would be my fav songs. go check it out yourself and listen to them. (Recommend)

Anyway... there something wrong with my wireless @ home... whenever i try to connect to it. it disconnects me after few mins... i have a bad feeling about my laptop, one day the whole thing would not work.

Owell... i should reinstall the whole system into window 7, see if that help !

So we finished jogging around 11:45, went to eat "siu yeah" afterward. The meal $110 and paul said "let me pay for it" (with 500 dollar bill) but then kai said "i had just enough to pay it" so we let him pay it... he left with FIVE DOLLAR (HAHAHA) and a Octopus Card

We got home around 12:45 and 2 hr later... guess what?

Every sat's night aunties and grandmother would go to church, they suggest to have dinner @ japanese resturant (because grandmother love jap's food). I love to eat JAP food too, it could be grandmother DNA. anyway there were 11 of us having the dinner, it was great. Cousins, my brother and i pay the bills as a gift to Aunties and grandmother !

【明報專訊】歐洲一項研究報告指出，有「明確證據」顯示每晚睡少於6個小時，會增加早死風險，持續的話，未滿65歲逝世的機會率將較一晚睡夠6至8個小時的人，增加12％死亡機會。但另一方面，如果一個人通常睡超過9個小時，那最好馬上做身體檢查，因為多睡也是一種健康警報。

英國 華威大學（University of Warwick）與意大利 那不勒斯的費代里科二世大學（Federico II University）的學者，合作分析了歐、美、亞洲分別進行的16項研究。接受觀察的人數逾150萬，其中逾130萬人接受觀察長達25年，而有逾10萬人在此期間死亡。

研究發現，普遍每晚睡少過6小時者，在25年間比一般建議睡6至8小時者早逝機會增12％。然而，長期睡超過9小時亦非好事，其早逝率更高出30％。專家建議﹕「假如你常要睡9或10小時，最好請教醫生。」

此刊於科學雜誌《睡眠》的研究指出，睡眠少於6小時與早逝兩者間存在直接關係的「明確證據」。此前的研究早已顯示，睡眠不足與心臟病 、高血壓、癡肥、糖尿病 、高膽固醇等病痛有關。至於睡眠過多本身雖非「危險」，卻是隱伏抑鬱症 、身體活動機能衰退，乃至個別癌症等疾患的「指標」。

領導這項研究的華威大學「睡眠、健康與社會計劃」負責人卡普喬（Francesco Cappuccio）教授說﹕「睡得不夠多可以是健康差的成因，睡得過長則很可能是健康差的指標。現代社會人們平均睡眠時間正逐漸減少，這情况在全職僱員中更為普遍，這反映了社會壓力下人們工時較長和要較多輪更工作。另方面，健康狀况惡化也會令睡眠時間延長……持續每晚睡6至8個小時，可能對健康最好。」

英國睡眠研究中心專家霍恩表示，睡眠跟身體和精神健康都有關，「睡眠受很多疾病和條件影響，包括抑鬱」；改善睡眠並不一定使人活得更健康、更長壽，但每晚睡少於5個小時就對大多數人來說肯定不夠，會使人終日打瞌睡，增加駕駛或操作機械等危險。

THE PAIN !

so... last night went out and jogged with few friends @ Tiu Keng Leng. It was around 5Km, haven't jog for quite awhile and BAM there goes my legs... shouldve know my limit and stop at some point. It's weird that you could jog for more with friends than doing it on ur own. It's a great place to do exercise, there were a lot of people doing exercise too. Next time i will bring my camera with me. I should start taking daily picture and upload onto the blog !

boredom of the night

yummy dim sum ~

Family decided to have dim sum with Uncle and Cousin in the morning, however i did not feel like leaving my bed... too tired afterall. However mom brought me some dim sum back from the resturant. i had 抄米粉 + 排骨飯, it was tasty as breakfast.

Nothing special happened on Sunday.

stayed home whole day... booooooooo

when i got home from Uncle Yung place, it was already 7am in the morning. I slept until 3pm (hahaha).

Friends ask me out to watch Iron Man 2, however there weren't any good seata unless you watch it @ midnight. In the end, we did not watch it because of the transportation make it inconvenience. Then we decided to play Flash鬥地主 all night long.
